Entry Methods & Entry Period

Entries may be submitted either in person or online. Online entries must be submitted via the official Seatoys Marine Jotform entry form. The entry period opens on January 7 at 12:00 PM (ET) and closes at 6:00 PM (ET) on January 11. Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

Seatoys Marine reserves the sole and final authority to determine eligibility, validity, and acceptance of all entries.

Eligibility

Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries may be submitted by the vessel owner or by an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) on the vessel owner’s behalf.

The vessel entered into the giveaway is the only vessel eligible for prize installation or fulfillment. Prize eligibility does not transfer to any other vessel under any circumstances.

The vessel on which any prize is installed must be owned by the prize claimant and legally registered. Proof of ownership and registration will be required prior to award or installation. One prize per vessel and per household.

Seatoys Marine reserves the right to verify eligibility, vessel ownership, condition, and compatibility at any time and may disqualify entries at its sole discretion.

General Giveaway Terms

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Seatoys Marine retains sole discretion over prize eligibility, fulfillment method, installation feasibility, and interpretation of these Terms.

Any costs not explicitly listed as included are the responsibility of the winner.

Seatoys Marine reserves the right to substitute components of equal or greater value if product availability changes.

Seatoys Marine is not responsible for vessel incompatibility, pre-existing conditions, or manufacturer limitations that may affect installation or performance.

Seatoys Marine may, in its sole discretion, modify the method of prize fulfillment (including equipment-only fulfillment in lieu of installation) where operational, logistical, or vessel conditions require, provided such modification is documented in writing and agreed to by the recipient.

Installation Terms

Where installation is included, it is performed exclusively by Seatoys Marine unless otherwise stated in writing.

Installation is subject to vessel condition, safety requirements, manufacturer compatibility, and seasonal scheduling availability.

Seatoys Marine reserves the right to refuse installation if a vessel is deemed unsafe, incompatible, or unsuitable for installation.

AquaTraction® Giveaway

Includes up to four (4) sheets maximum of AquaTraction® material, digital measuring/scanning, CAD design, and professional installation.

Coverage is limited to general deck and floor areas only. Included patterns are Solid, Border Line, and Teak.

Excludes bolsters, gunwales, vertical surfaces, swim platforms, steps, specialty hatches, substrate repair, and additional material beyond four sheets.

Travel fees are not included unless the vessel is delivered to the Seatoys Marine facility. Applicants must be within the authorized AquaTraction Cape Cod / Seatoys Marine dealer territory.

Seakeeper Ride™ Giveaway

Includes one (1) Seakeeper Ride™ system selected based on vessel size and fitment: Ride 450 (up to 26 ft) or Ride 525 (27–30 ft).

Installation is performed by Seatoys Marine unless otherwise modified in writing.

Standard inclusion consists of manufacturer-supplied Seakeeper Ride system components plus one (1) Seatoys Marine–provided Garmin network cable required for vessel electronics communication.

No additional components, including but not limited to keypads, displays, switches, circuit protection devices, wiring upgrades, or installation materials beyond the manufacturer kit and specified cable, are included unless expressly stated in writing.

Electronics upgrades, structural modifications, cosmetic work, haul-out, transport, blocking, storage, and any vessel modifications are not included.

Seatoys Marine is not responsible for performance issues resulting from vessel incompatibility, pre-existing conditions, or improper installation by third parties.

Claim & Installation Deadlines

Winners must claim their prize within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to claim may result in forfeiture.

Installation must be completed within six (6) months unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Seatoys Marine is not liable for delays due to seasonality, scheduling availability, or manufacturer constraints.

Marketing & Media Rights

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Seatoys Marine a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right to photograph, record, reproduce, distribute, and use images and video of the vessel and installation for marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation or approval.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Seatoys Marine, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the giveaway, prize installation, vessel use, or modification of equipment.

Entrants assume all risks associated with vessel condition, installation outcomes, and use of any installed equipment.

Limitation of Liability

Seatoys Marine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt/use of any prize.

Indemnification

Entrants and winners agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seatoys Marine from and against any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from vessel use, installation, or modification of prize-related equipment.

Reservation of Rights

Seatoys Marine reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate any giveaway at any time.

Seatoys Marine reserves the right to interpret these Terms & Conditions and make all final determinations regarding eligibility, fulfillment, and enforcement.

All decisions by Seatoys Marine are final.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
