Entry Methods & Entry Period

Entries may be submitted either in person or online. Online entries must be submitted via the official Seatoys Marine Jotform entry form. The entry period opens on January 7 at 12:00 PM (ET) and closes on January 11 at 6:00 PM (ET). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries may be submitted by the vessel owner or by an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) on the vessel owner’s behalf. The vessel on which any prize is installed must be owned by the prize claimant and legally registered. Proof of ownership and registration will be required prior to installation. One prize per vessel and per household.

General Giveaway Terms

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Installations must be performed exclusively by Seatoys Marine. Seatoys Marine reserves the right to verify vessel eligibility, ownership, measurements, territory, and system compatibility prior to awarding or installing any prize. Any costs not specifically listed as included are the responsibility of the winner. Seatoys Marine reserves the right to substitute components of equal or greater value if product availability changes.

AquaTraction® Giveaway

Includes up to four (4) sheets maximum of AquaTraction® material, digital measuring/scanning, CAD design, and professional installation. Coverage is limited to general deck and floor areas only. Included patterns are Solid, Border Line, and Teak. Excludes bolsters, gunwales, vertical surfaces, swim platforms, steps, specialty hatches, substrate repair, and additional material beyond four sheets. Travel fees are not included unless the vessel is delivered to the Seatoys Marine facility. Applicants must be within the authorized AquaTraction Cape Cod / Seatoys Marine dealer territory.

Seakeeper Ride™ Giveaway

Includes one (1) Seakeeper Ride™ system, selected based on vessel size and fitment: Ride 450 (for vessels up to 26 ft) or Ride 525 (for 27–30 ft vessels). Professional installation will be performed at the Seatoys Marine facility in Sandwich, MA and includes the required Seakeeper Ride network cable. Vessel fitment, transom condition, and electronics compatibility must be confirmed prior to installation. Electronics upgrades, structural modifications, cosmetic work, haul-out, transport, blocking, or storage are not included.

Claim & Installation Deadlines

Winners must claim their prize within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to claim may result in forfeiture. Installation must be completed within six (6) months of prize award unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Marketing & Media Rights

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Seatoys Marine a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right to photograph, record, reproduce, distribute, display, and use images and video of the vessel and installation for marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation or approval.

Additional Terms

Installation scheduling is subject to availability and seasonality. Giveaway may not be combined with other promotions or discounts. Seatoys Marine reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time. Non-compliant entries may be disqualified at Seatoys Marine’s discretion.
